Our services:
Accounting
• Register company’s monthly operations based on the information provided;
• Perform monthly analyses and reconciliation of the outstanding accounting balances;
• Prepare monthly balance sheet in local currency in Portuguese in accordance with the applicable Brazilian accounting standards and principals;
• Prepare periodical reports in English;
• Prepare annual financial statements in Portuguese, comprising of balance sheet, P&L statement and Statement of Changes in Shareholder’s equity in local currency;
• Attend government inspection.
Taxes
